C.O.D.E. Of Confidence®

Privacy Policy

1. Scope and effective date

Effective date: January 19, 2026. Last updated: October 15, 2026. This Privacy Policy describes our handling of personal information in connection with https://codeofconfidence.net, our related registration and checkout pages, digital programs, live events, coaching, and community offerings. Our services are intended for U.S. users. This policy does not replace rights available under applicable state law.

2. Information we collect

We may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing and transaction details, account and enrollment records, program participation information, inquiries, communication preferences, and content you voluntarily submit. Payment card details are generally collected and processed by our payment processor rather than stored directly by us. We may also receive technical information such as IP address, device and browser information, approximate location, pages visited, referral sources, and interactions with our websites and communications.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and administer registrations, purchases, live sessions, course and community access; communicate service updates; process and document transactions; respond to support requests; maintain security; improve our offerings; perform analytics; comply with law; and, where permitted, send marketing communications.

4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Our websites may use cookies, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and similar analytics or advertising technologies to measure performance, attribute registrations or purchases, and deliver or evaluate advertising. These technologies may involve disclosures of identifiers or browsing activity to advertising partners. Depending on applicable state law, some disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising may be treated as “sharing” or a “sale” even when no money is exchanged. We will provide any legally required notices, consent choices, and opt-out methods. Browser cookie controls alone may not address every advertising technology.

5. Email communications

We send service-related emails necessary to administer requested services. Where permitted, we may send marketing emails. Marketing emails include a way to unsubscribe; unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary transactional communications.

6. SMS messaging and consent

If you affirmatively opt in through a clearly disclosed, unchecked checkbox or another legally valid consent mechanism, you may receive event confirmations, reminders, program updates, or promotional texts according to the specific consent you provided. Promotional SMS consent is requested separately where required and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or email [email protected]. We maintain consent records and honor opt-out requests. SMS disclosures on each registration form must accurately describe that specific messaging program.

7. Mobile information sharing

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information to service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver messaging or support services, subject to appropriate restrictions. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

8. Service providers and other disclosures

We may disclose information to vendors supporting hosting, CRM, payment processing, email, SMS delivery, scheduling, analytics, advertising, course delivery, and customer service, subject to applicable agreements and law. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a legitimate business transaction. Our advertising practices are subject to the additional disclosures above.

9. Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver services, maintain required records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the category and purpose. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure.

10. Privacy rights and requests

Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, information about data practices, or opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising. Some rights are subject to exceptions and verification. To submit a request, email [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will respond as required by applicable law. Where required, we will provide additional rights notices and appeal processes.

11. Children

Our services are intended for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can review and take appropriate action.

12. Updates and contact

We may revise this policy and post a new last-updated date. Material changes will be communicated when required. C.O.D.E. Of Confidence® is operated by Strategic Confidence and Leadership Partners, LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Contact: [email protected] | https://codeofconfidence.net.
