C.O.D.E. Of Confidence®

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance, scope, and eligibility

Effective date: January 19, 2026. Last updated: October 15, 2026. These Terms govern access to our website, registration pages, masterclasses, digital products, coaching programs, leadership experiences, and related communities. By using our services or completing a purchase with an affirmative acceptance of these Terms, you agree to them. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a binding contract.

2. Services and program structure

Offerings may include free events, digital training, group coaching, workshops, and membership communities. Specific deliverables, schedules, and access periods are those described on the applicable offer page and checkout at purchase. For The Promotion Positioning Lab™, the current offer is an eight-week guided leadership experience, 12 weeks of training-module access, and six months of access to the C.O.D.E. Leadership Exchange community, subject to the published program details.

3. Purchases, billing, and installment authorization

For The Promotion Positioning Lab™, the listed options are $997 paid in full at enrollment or two payments of $547 each (total $1,094). Under the installment option, the first $547 is charged at enrollment and the second $547 is automatically charged to the selected payment method 30 calendar days after the first payment. The installment plan is a fixed two-payment purchase, not a month-to-month subscription. By selecting it and affirmatively authorizing payment at checkout, you authorize both scheduled charges. Any applicable taxes or additional charges must be disclosed before payment. You agree to keep payment details current and contact us promptly about billing errors.

4. Refunds and cancellation

Except where required by applicable law, purchases are final and nonrefundable. Missed sessions, nonattendance, failure to use content, or a change in personal circumstances do not independently entitle a purchaser to a refund. An installment-plan purchaser remains responsible for the agreed second payment, subject to applicable law. The separate Refund & Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Nothing in these Terms waives nonwaivable statutory cancellation or refund rights.

5. Failed payments and access

If a scheduled payment fails, we may notify you and attempt lawful collection or retry processing consistent with checkout disclosures and applicable law. We may suspend access while an account is past due where permitted. We will not impose undisclosed late fees.

6. Accounts and conduct

You agree to provide accurate registration details, safeguard login credentials, use content only for lawful personal or authorized organizational learning, respect other participants, and refrain from harassment, unauthorized recording, distributing private group discussions, or interfering with services. We may restrict access for material violations, subject to applicable law and our contractual obligations.

7. Intellectual property and license

Course materials, frameworks, workbooks, videos, graphics, brand elements, and other content are owned by the Company or its licensors. Upon payment and while authorized access remains active, you receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for your own learning. You may not resell, share logins, distribute recordings, reproduce paid materials, or train commercial systems on protected content without written permission.

8. Professional and educational disclaimer

Services provide leadership development and general education, not legal, financial, employment-placement, or individualized mental-health advice. No promotion, job offer, salary increase, business revenue, or other outcome is guaranteed. Results depend on individual circumstances and actions.

9. Communications and privacy

Providing contact information does not, by itself, authorize promotional SMS. We send text messages only as permitted by applicable law and the consent collected on the relevant form. Marketing texts require appropriate express consent and may be stopped by replying STOP; reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe method. See our Privacy Policy for further information.

10. Third-party services and availability

We may use third-party payment, video-conferencing, CRM, and learning platforms. Their separate terms may apply. We may make reasonable scheduling or platform changes and will communicate material program changes as appropriate. We are not responsible for outages beyond our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, services and content are provided without guarantees of specific outcomes. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages where such exclusions are legally permissible. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other nonwaivable protections.

12. Disputes and governing law

California law governs these Terms to the extent permitted by law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections in another applicable jurisdiction. Any forum or venue provision is subject to applicable law; no provision is intended to deprive consumers of rights they cannot waive.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised date. Material changes to an existing purchase will not retroactively alter agreed payment obligations without a lawful basis. C.O.D.E. Of Confidence® is operated by Strategic Confidence and Leadership Partners, LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Contact: [email protected] | https://codeofconfidence.net.
